How the repair works
- You describe the fault in the simulator: model, problem, area. It takes about two minutes.
- We send you a clear, free quote on WhatsApp and agree on a time slot together, often the same day, between 11am and 3am.
- We come to your home or workplace with the part and repair your iPhone on the spot, in front of you.
- We test everything with you: touch, Face ID or Touch ID, cameras, sound, charging. You only pay once the iPhone works perfectly.
💡 Before we arrive: if possible, make an iCloud backup (Settings › your name › iCloud › iCloud Backup) and keep your passcode handy for the tests.
Your data stays with you
Your iPhone never goes off to a workshop: the repair is done at your place, in front of you. Your photos, messages and apps stay on the phone. A screen or battery replacement doesn't require erasing the iPhone.
A guaranteed repair
All our repairs come with a 3 to 6-month warranty depending on the service. The exact length is shown on your quote. If a fault linked to the part or the repair appears during that period, we come back to fix it.

How long does an iPhone repair take?
Most common repairs (screen, battery, charging port) are done on the spot, during the appointment. For more complex faults, the timeframe is shown on the quote.
Do you really come the same day?
Yes, in most cases. We work 7 days a week, from 11am to 3am, in Nice and the surrounding towns.
Will my iPhone be erased?
No. Replacing a screen, battery or charging port doesn't require erasing the phone. As a precaution, an iCloud backup before the appointment is still recommended.
Will Face ID still work after a screen replacement?
Face ID isn't part of the screen itself: it keeps working after a properly done screen replacement. We test it with you before we leave.
How does payment work?
You pay at the end of the appointment, once your iPhone has been tested with you and works perfectly.
