What data, and how?
When you use the simulator or the quote form, you may enter:
- your name and phone number;
- your town or area and preferred time;
- your device, its model, the problem and any extra details.
The website does not store this information on a server. It is used to prepare a WhatsApp message, which you choose whether or not to send. Once sent, the message is handled through WhatsApp (a Meta service), under its own privacy policy.
Why?
Your data is used only to reply to you and prepare your quote, organise and carry out the repair, and issue the invoice and handle the warranty. This is based on steps taken at your request before a contract and on the performance of the contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR), as well as on our legal obligations, including accounting.
How long?
- Request not followed up: up to 3 years after our last exchange.
- Customers: for the duration of the service and warranty, then 3 years.
- Invoices: 10 years, as required by law.
Who has access?
Only ReparAzur. Your data is never sold, rented or passed on to third parties.
Cookies and browser storage
The website does not use cookies, analytics or advertising tools.
When you open the welcome gift, your discount code is kept in your browser only (local storage) so it isn't offered again on every visit. You can delete it at any time by clearing the site's browsing data.
To display fonts and the service-area map, your browser contacts external services (Google Fonts, OpenStreetMap), which receive your IP address, as with any online content.
Your rights
You can ask at any time to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to or receive a copy of your data. Email us at fixoon06@gmail.com: we will reply within one month.
If you feel your rights have not been respected, you can file a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL.
